IP Booter (ipbooter.net) provides network stress testing tools including ipbooter, IP stresser, ipstresser, and free stresser services. The platform is intended for authorized testing of networks and infrastructure you own or have explicit permission to test.
Authorized use only
Users must only test IP addresses, servers, and networks they own or have written authorization to test. Unauthorized use of stress testing tools against third-party systems may violate applicable laws. IP Booter does not condone illegal activity.
Privacy
We collect minimal account data required to operate the ipbooter panel. We do not sell user data. Account information is used solely for service delivery and support.
Disclaimer
IP Booter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for misuse of the platform by users. Service availability targets 99.9% uptime but is not guaranteed.
