1. Acceptance
By accessing or using IP Booter at ipbooter.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
IP Booter provides network stress testing tools (ipbooter, IP stresser, ipstresser, free stresser) via a web-based panel. Features vary by plan tier.
3. Authorized use
You may only use IP Booter to test networks, servers, or IP addresses that you own or have explicit written permission to test. Testing third-party systems without authorization is prohibited and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
4. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account unless on an Enterprise plan with multiple seats. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment & refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance. The free tier requires no payment. Refund requests are handled case-by-case via Telegram @returnstress.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, attacks on our infrastructure, or force majeure may cause downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
IP Booter is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from use or misuse of the platform, including unauthorized testing by users.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
